One of the most important questions for every investor is: What costs should you expect during implementation? Our company has a significant database, based on which we are able to calculate costs at the beginning of the planning process. The cost calculation can be created for several variations (used materials, construction technology, how the buildings are situated, etc.), which helps the investor in determining the final design program.

We have decades of experience in full-scope-design: we can effectively manage such a complex process as designing buildings or even an entire factory. The two defining professions, architecture and structural engineering, work within the same office on the same BIM platform. We consider the unification of the two engineering fields to be our fundamental mission.

In addition to classic design tasks, we undertake the technical and financial control of the construction as well. We have carried out this type of management not only in Hungary, but also in many other countries in recent decades. From the first moment, we represent the interests of our partners. If we are present not only as a designer, but also during the entire construction period, this representation of interests becomes complete. We also undertake technical inspection on its own.
