About the project
We worked on the design of four buildings on behalf of one of the contractors, Synergy Ltd. We were involved in the design of the buildings in two different phases, which required different architectural and structural approaches.
In one phase, the buildings had to be designed according to the client's detailed instructions, first at the design stage and then at the production stage, prior to construction.
The second design phase was at the fabrication design stage, where the precast reinforced concrete structures and steel structures were designed in sections, based on the documentation prepared by the general designer, in parallel with the construction, to meet the manufacturer's requirements.
